A.M. Carlier designed and supervised the complete interior and exterior renovation of this 1968 Scottsdale bungalow.

This included raising all ceilings, coordinating new mechanical systems that would allow for moving all all duct work into the attic, removing walls to create an open plan flow, new interior and exterior electrical and lighting plans, renovation of kitchen, bathrooms and great room, selection and installation  of new finishes in all areas, and staging furniture for marketing.

A.M. Carlier hired and worked closely with a general contractor and independent subcontractors to ensure the highest quality and timely completion of this project after owner had experienced a destructive plumbing leak and wanted the house ready to sell.

The project was competed on time, during the 2020 stay-at-home order, and the house was under contract at 25% over asking within two weeks of being on the market.
