The interior remodel of the lobby, corridors, elevator cabs and restrooms of this 1980s-era building included facilitating filling in a large pond and garden in the center of the lobby, leveling the floor then installing new finishes throughout the common areas.

This was coordinated around the work schedules of tenants on all three floors. New finishes included wood veneer wall panels, large format wall and floor tile, carpet, paint, ceiling and lighting systems, restroom counters, stalls and plumbing fixtures,signage finishes, furniture and plants.
